Planning on Majors Fold green area is refused

Councillor Bryn Challenor has been supportive in the joint campaign with Marco Longhi MP to stop housing development on Majors Fold green site and it has led to a good result.
A decision to refuse the planning application has been made by Dudley Council’s planning committee, and Marco Longhi MP is very grateful. He said “ it is the right decision.”
Marco Longhi MP assure his approach remains the same: “brownfield first.” There is no need to build on our green spaces
