Tree Encroachment

Marco Longhi MP was delivering his newsletter in Brockmoor and Pensnett ward he found this tree taking over the footpath just over a disabled access point - Norwood Road. 

Marco Longhi MP loves trees but he believe they should be maintained, especially on the public highway.
