Opposing HMO

I am teaming up with Your Gornal Councillors to strongly oppose a planning application. It is for a 12 bed HMO on Holloway St, Gornal.

As your local representatives, we strongly oppose heritage buildings being turned into housing, especially for Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs).

HMOs can encourage anti-social behaviour and cause congestion and parking issues in areas they are built.

As a result, your Gornal MP and Councillors are strongly opposing this planning application and will be submitting our objections to Dudley Council, based on valid planning grounds.
