Marco Longhi MP has today announced the launch of a coronation poster competition to celebrate the upcoming coronation of His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla. The competition, which is open to children across Dudley, aims to create a stunning poster that captures the excitement and majesty of the coronation ceremony.
The coronation of King Charles III is set to take place on Saturday 6th May, marking a historic moment in the United Kingdom's history. The poster competition is an opportunity for children to showcase their talent and create a brilliant tribute to the coronation of the new King and Queen.
Entrants are invited to submit a poster design that reflects the themes of the coronation ceremony, such as tradition, unity, and continuity. The competition will be looking for a design that is both visually striking and reflective of the significance of the coronation ceremony. The winning design should be able to capture the spirit of the occasion and evoke a sense of pride and excitement in the hearts of all those who see it.
The competition is now open for entries and the deadline for submissions is 30th April 2023. The winners will be announced ahead of the coronation in May 2023.
