On the 6th January, the emergency services were called to Castle Meadows Nursing Home to deal with a fire. Luckily, no-one was injured.
Yet another case of poor management by the owners of the site has left us wondering, once again, if action could have been taken sooner.
For sometime I have been asking Dudley Council and Dudley Police to take action on the owners. Due to my pressure, Dudley Council have continued to give notices to the owners to make the site safe. Matters have been taken to court.
It is unfair for the nearby residents who have to deal with the issues revolving around this site.
We need answers.
