Residents on Birmingham New Road asked Marco Longhi MP to visit them so he could see how the overgrown hedges were causing a safety risk for pedestrians and cyclists. Cars entered driveways crossing the footpath behind the hedge blindsided.
Seeing the issues of overgrown hedges, Marco contacted Dudley Council’s highways green care and within a week or so the problem was sorted. And he wish to extend his gratitude to Cllr Damian Corfield for his help making it happen.
